Étienne is the founder of the GO inc. Program. His practice fields include private financing, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. He participates in developing and putting in place numerous complex investment structures.

Eric is a trademark agent and heads up the Lavery Legal Lab on Artificial Intelligence (L3IA). He has four inventions relating to electron beam lithography for microelectronics applications to his credit.

Marie-Hélène specializes in labour and employment law, health law and occupational health and safety law. Her services include advising firms of all sizes on human resources issues.

Audrey specializes in tax law and business law. She has a CPA-CA designation and a master’s degree in tax law, and specializes in the creation of legal structures, business purchases and sales, and corporate reorganizations. She is also well versed in the area of consumption taxes.

Sylvain is a trade-mark agent and focuses his practice on intellectual property as well as corporate and commercial law. He is regularly called upon to assist entrepreneurs and start-ups in their needs in both intellectual property and corporate law.

Zeïneb’s expertise is in labour and employment law. She advises and represents small, medium-sized and large enterprises, both private and public. She is the head of the Labour Law practice group at Lavery

Myriam’s practice is focused on labour and employment law, administrative law, and human rights. She advises and represents numerous firms in a range of sectors on individual and collective labour relations issues.

Marie-Hélène divides her practice between insurance litigation and labour and employment law. She advises clients on all aspects of human resources management and in drafting employment contracts and confidentiality and non competition agreements.

Charles practices primarily in the areas of private finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. Over the years, he has been called upon to assist a number of GO Inc. startups at their start, growth or exit phases.

Gonzalo is a patent agent specializing in telecommunications, electronics, computer science, electrical and mechanical engineering. He works closely with several clients, including universities and high tech companies. He helps clients obtain patents and provides opinions on patentability, validity and infringement matters.

Ms. Jomphe’s expertise includes trademark, industrial design, copyright, trade secrets and technology transfers. She advises clients in trade-mark clearance searches and filing strategies, opposition proceedings and litigation in Canada and abroad.

Jean-François Maurice is a member of the Business Law group. His practice focuses primarily on corporate law, securities law and mergers and acquisitions. He acts and advises for a wide range of organizations, ranging from entrepreneurs, start-ups and growth companies to public issuers and private equity funds.
